Due to significant practice growth, we are hiring 3 Medical Administrative Assistants who want more than a desk job. This is one of the most critical roles in our organization—your presence, precision, and heart will directly shape the care we deliver to our patients and the rhythm of our neurosurgeons' work. We have opportunities in our Noblesville/Fishers office, our Greenwood office, and our new Whitestown office that is currently being built. All three positions will train at our Carmel headquarters, and we will discuss the different locations to find the best fit during the interview process.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the nerve center for one of our neurosurgeons, ensuring every patient experience—from the first call to the final follow-up—is seamless, compassionate, and human. You’ll anticipate needs before they arise, bring clarity to chaos, and handle high-pressure moments with grace. You’ll speak for the practice when others cannot.
