Medical Administrative Assistant; Interventional Pain Management

INDIANAPOLIS NEUROSURGICAL GROUP PC
Greenwood, IN Full Time
POSTED ON 9/26/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 11/25/2026

At Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine (GCBS), every member of our team is essential to fulfilling our mission to delivery exceptional and timely neurosurgical care with a steadfast emphasis on quality.

We work to cultivate an authentic culture through purposeful actions that convey collaboration, respect and a shared vision of excellence.  We truly value every interaction we have – with our patients and each other.  Our team is at the heart of all we do as an organization, and each employee has the opportunity to enhance the level of service we provide to our patients.  We are in search of like-minded individuals, who are pursuing a job of purpose that impacts the lives of patients.

We are seeking a dedicated and capable Medical Administrative Assistant to support the daily administrative needs of providers within a team structure. Our interventional pain management providers work with patients to provide injection procedures; this is not a pain medication program. Your duties will include helping a new GCBS physician grow his practice by optimizing the patient experience and ensuring the needs of your providers are met by proactively identifying areas of improvement. Critical thinking, active communication, a high level of detail orientation, and respectful collaboration with patients, physicians and staff are essential for success.

To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional customer service abilities to align with Goodman Campbell’s dedication to a positive patient experience. Outstanding employees in this role are detailed, conscientious, and efficient while striving to deliver the highest level of patient service. In addition to managing the day-to-day needs of your providers, this role requires a deep passion for caring for our patients.

Educational and Experience Required

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. 2 to 5 years of experience in medical office or equivalent; 3 to 5 years physician secretarial experience preferred
