Calvin Landscape is seeking a high-performing Landscape Design & Sales Professional to lead high-end residential projects throughout Central Indiana.

Our projects range from $5K to $1M , offering strong commission potential and the ability to work on transformative outdoor spaces.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Generate and manage leads (company-provided self-generated)
- Meet with residential homeowners to assess scope, budget, and design goals
- Create detailed landscape designs (hardscape, planting, drainage, lighting, seasonal elements)
- Prepare accurate estimates using estimating software
- Present and sell design proposals
- Oversee project execution in coordination with production teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and change orders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- 5 years of experience selling residential landscape projects (required)
- Proven background in landscape design and residential construction sales
- Strong understanding of landscape construction techniques
- Advanced proficiency in CAD and SketchUp (required)
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
