Creative Video Producer

The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a full-time Creative Video Producer to assist with the day-to-day needs of the Colts Productions department. The ideal candidate will be one with a robust video production portfolio, strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and a desire to continue to grow in the field.   MANAGER Director of Colts Production   DIRECT REPORTS None   RESPONSIBILITIES General responsibilities include but are not limited to: Produce, shoot and edit video content for all Colts' digital platforms Creating engaging content for various Colts' social media platforms Shoot Colts' games, practices, events, and features Shoot and edit Colts' Press Conferences and Media Availability Shoot and edit Colts' community outreach events Shoot and edit Colts' Podcasts Assist in media management and footage labeling Travel for in-season road games as well as off-season feature productions   QUALIFICATIONS College degree or equivalent work experience 4-6 years of professional video production experience (sports experience preferred). Advanced non-linear video editing, coloring and cinematography skillset. Adobe Creative Suite Davinci Resolve or Lumetri Color Arri and Sony Cinema Camera eco-systems A fundamental understanding of entire production process (pre-production, production, and post-production).
