Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of student contacts to the Student Account Services department. This includes email, voicemail, and phone
- Provide timely and helpful responses to inquiries received regarding 1098-Ts including the 1098-T email address
- Receipt payments received by phone, mail, or online payment systems
- Ensure that all Student Account Services documents are scanned and linked to the appropriate student record
- Provide itemized receipts to students for individual courses upon request
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education
- Associates degree required or work equivalent
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail and numbers
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
