Summary of Position: Facilities Services temp would serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director in areas of General Maintenance, Housekeeping, or Grounds Care.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director
- Adhere to any safety regulations and standards spelled out in the IWU safety policy
- Comply with any processes and procedures established by Facilities Management and or Indiana Wesleyan University administration
- May be required to work overtime as directed by supervisor
- Responsibilities could include:
- General Maintenance
- General Housekeeping
- General Grounds Care
- Assist where needed within Facilities Services
Education
- High School diploma (completed or in progress)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team member on detailed day-to-day tasks
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
