Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Official located in Indianapolis, IN. The Sports Official will oversee and enforce rules and regulations of competitive sports events, primarily focusing on football. Responsibilities include managing game operations, ensuring player safety, resolving disputes, and providing clear communication to players, coaches, and staff. The role may also involve coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment, and assisting with event logistics.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sports Coaching and Coaching practices
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with players, coaches, and staff
- Knowledge of Football rules and regulations
- Experience or aptitude in Sales is an advantage
- Ability to remain fair, impartial, and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Physical fitness and ability to move actively for the duration of games
