RCS Manager- System Patient Access

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our West Patient Access leadership team in the role of RCS Manager.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift at Frankfort Hospital, as well as supporting two nearby clinic spaces. Availability to round to evenings and weekends will be required, as it is supporting a 24/7 function. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
This position is responsible for leading Revenue Cycle operations for all assigned Revenue Cycle Services teams. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. The incumbent must possess strong subject matter expertise and leadership in order to support a diverse and complex operating environment and span of control.
