Job Description
Overview
Location: Ball Memorial Hospital
Hours: 32 hrs/wk 9am-5pm on week days - no weekends
Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Clear Communication
- Transporting patient and family members to destinations throughout the hospital in a wheelchair
Must have:
- Ability to provide wheelchair assistance for individuals of various sizes is essential
- Customer Service experience
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
- Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
