Overview
Shift: Part Time Supplemental (Monday through Friday, hours vary between 5:30 am and 6:30 pm.
Work Location: Fishers Hospital
Department Supported: Patient Experience
Primary Responsibilities:
Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED required.
Preferred:
- Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
