We are seeking Independent Contractors to perform mobile drug and alcohol collection services for clients in Southwest Indiana. Knox, Daviess, Warrick, Martin, Gibson, Pike, Dubois, Orange, Crawford, Spencer, Posey, & Perry counties.
Position Overview
The Drug & Alcohol Collection Specialist is responsible for conducting onsite testing services at client locations. This is a mobile, self-scheduled Independent Contractor role with flexible, part-time hours. ITI provides all required training and certification in compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 regulations.
Responsibilities
· Urine drug collections
· Breath alcohol testing (BAT)
· Hair follicle testing
· Oral fluid (saliva) collections
· Travel to client locations as scheduled
· Maintain professionalism and regulatory compliance
Service Area Knox, Daviess, Warrick, Martin, Gibson, Pike, Dubois, Orange, Crawford, Spencer, Posey, & Perry counties.
Compensation
· Paid per test / per trip
· Competitive contractor rates
· Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule & Flexibility
· Mobile, self-managed schedule
· Early morning appointments
· Typically 3–4 days per week
· No evenings, weekends, or holidays required

Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and efficient service visits within designated areas across Southwest Indiana, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities in accordance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address any issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations while operating vehicles or equipment in the field
- Manage your own schedule to maximize productivity and meet delivery or service deadlines based on DOT 49cfr.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships in the community
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is essential
- Ability to navigate local areas efficiently using maps or GPS technology
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and task completion
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures is preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, as needed
