TradeWell Tax & Financial is seeking an experienced Tax Preparer / Tax Planner to join our existing tax team in a full-time, year-round position.

This role will manage a high-volume tax client base during tax season while providing proactive tax planning and support to clients throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual tax returns
• Manage a significant tax-season workload
• Provide year-round tax planning and projections
• Assist with estimated payments, tax notices, and other tax-related needs
• Meet directly with clients and answer tax questions
• Work alongside our financial advisors to identify tax-planning opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous tax preparation experience required
• Strong knowledge of federal and Indiana tax regulations
• CPA or EA designation preferred, but not required
• Excellent organizational and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced tax-season environment
