Job Description
THERAPY Tech
Busy office seeking a full-time energetic person to perform the duties required as a Rehab & Receptionist/Assistant.
- This position requires a full-time work week.
- Monday through Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm ( lunch break) 2:00pm to 6:00pm
- Saturday half day 9:00am to 12:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Roles:
- Greet all patients in a professional manner.
- Talking care of patients during their treatment including obtaining intake, subjective and exercise notes as well as Re-examinations.
- Work directly with patients performing various therapies
- Dictating patient notes into record keeping software.
- Handling new patient charts and their initial intake and vitals.
- Make sure all paperwork is completed and faxed in a timely matter.
- Make sure all medical paperwork has plenty of copies including new patient charts, file cabinet documents, and exercise packets.
- Keeping treatment areas clean
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant must have a strong desire to work in the healthcare field.
- Positive and energetic person that strives to help others.
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma
- Entry level position (no certification required, however, pay may increase with experience).
- On the job training is provided for all job duties.
