Position Overview
We're seeking a skilled Media Technician to join our growing team in the Muncie/Anderson area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Capture professional real estate photography and video content
- Operate drones for aerial photography and video
- Create 3D tours and floor plans of properties
- Upload media to our shared workflow system
- Meet strict 24-hour delivery deadlines
- Communicate professionally with real estate agents on-site
- Maintain equipment in excellent condition
- Follow company standards for composition and quality
Requirements
- Experience with photography and video equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for flexible scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional appearance and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer skills for media uploads
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic sales skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with real estate photography
- Drone pilot certification or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of 3D tour software
- Experience with Aryeo or similar booking platforms
