Indiana Sales Solutions Group is an authorized AT&T partner and recognized leader in the telecommunications industry. We are hiring AT&T Sales Team Members in Indianapolis to represent AT&T wireless and internet products through direct face-to-face customer interactions every day — listening to needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales on the spot.
No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.
What You Will Do
- Represent AT&T wireless and internet products through face-to-face customer interactions throughout Indianapolis
- Deliver clear and engaging sales presentations that communicate the value of AT&T's offerings
- Recommend the right AT&T service plan for each customer's needs and budget
- Build lasting customer relationships through genuine solutions-focused conversations
- Handle customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally
- Track daily and weekly sales activity and hit performance goals consistently
- Share customer insights with leadership to help sharpen team strategy
What We Are Looking For
- Confident, friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to perform every day
- High school diploma or GED required — post-secondary education is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred — never required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
The Money
- $10 hourly, paid every week
- Average weekly earnings: $800–$1,200 based on performance
- Performance bonuses for top performers
- Full paid training from day one
