Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM) | Seasonal
Pay: $18–$25/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Complete all needed concrete repair work – assessment, prep, demo, pouring and finishing
- Assist with painting, pressure washing, general labor, site setup and cleanup
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow strict OSHA and company safety protocols
- Work efficiently as part of a high-performance crew
Requirements
- 3 years construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Steel toe boots required
- Ability to work nights and in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Physically fit to perform strenuous tasks consistently for extended periods, and workg in cramped or uncomfortable positions
- OSHA-10 (preferred)
- Must pass drug test
Travel
- Work throughout Northern Indiana
- Travel required based on project location
- Hotel accommodations provided for jobs over 1.5 hours away
