About the Role
As a driver for Indiana Donor Network, you will be responsible for the following:
- Driving organ and tissue staff members to and from donor hospitals throughout the state of Indiana
- Transporting donor samples and/or organs to and from the airport or appropriate testing facility
- Transporting deceased patients from hospitals and morgues to our facility for recovery, and from our center to funeral homes within the state of Indiana
- Working closely with both internal team members and external clients, ensuring safe and efficient transportation
In this is a full-time night shift position, working 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on a rotating schedule – four shifts one week, followed by three shifts the next.

- High school diploma is required
- Dedication to customer service and the ability to always represent the organization in a professional manner is required
- The ability to arrive at the office within one hour of being called is required
- Must demonstrate safe driving skills and must have and maintain a clean, insurable driving record
