Role
As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice while leading, coaching, and developing the team. You will ensure every employee understands their role, receives proper training, follows established systems, and delivers an outstanding patient experience.
You will serve as the primary leader for the team, helping create consistency, accountability, and a positive culture while partnering closely with the owner to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the team by providing ongoing feedback, accountability, and performance coaching.
- Build, implement, and continuously improve a structured onboarding and training program for every role, ensuring all team members receive consistent training and are set up for success.
- Create a culture of accountability by conducting regular one-on-one meetings, monitoring KPIs, and setting clear performance expectations.
- Lead all sales training, ensuring the team confidently presents consultations, memberships, treatment packages, financing options, and recommendations with consistency.
- Drive practice revenue by coaching providers to improve consultations, package sales, patient retention, rebooking, and overall productivity.
- Oversee daily practice operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience, efficient workflow, and seamless day-to-day execution.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices to create consistency across the practice.
- Monitor provider productivity, business KPIs, and operational performance, using data to identify opportunities for growth and improved profitability.
- Partner with the Fractional HR Director on employee performance, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational initiatives.
- Foster a positive, high-performing culture built on teamwork, communication, continuous learning, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- 3 years of leadership or management experience in a Medspa or Medical Facility
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to coach employees and hold others accountable
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software
