Body Sculpting Technician / Licensed Esthetician

Indiana Medical Center is looking for a motivated, professional Licensed Esthetician / Body Sculpting Technician to join our growing aesthetic practice.

This is a hands-on treatment position focused primarily on body sculpting, microneedling, RF microneedling, and advanced skincare services.

Responsibilities

• Perform body-sculpting treatments using our aesthetic equipment
• Perform microneedling and RF microneedling treatments
• Perform facials, skin analysis, and other esthetic services
• Educate patients about treatments and skincare
• Provide excellent patient care and create a positive treatment experience
• Take before-and-after photos and document patient progress
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies
• Follow all treatment protocols and safety procedures
• Educate patients about treatment plans and available packages
• Participate in ongoing training for new aesthetic technologies and services

Requirements

• Current Esthetician license
• Experience with body sculpting and/or microneedling preferred
• RF microneedling experience is a plus
• Friendly, professional, dependable, and motivated
• Comfortable performing hands-on treatments
• Strong communication and patient-service skills
• Comfortable educating patients about treatments and packages
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Willingness to learn and grow within a medical aesthetic environment

Previous med-spa, body-sculpting, microneedling, or RF microneedling experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
