Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our Receptionist Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.
Receptionist:
- Greet visitors, answer telephone messages and calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Submits faxes to the correct staff members.
- Keeps up with Directory spreadsheets.
- Assist with Screening of Guests and employees.
- Distributes resident and employee mail.
- Enters Maintenance requests in work order system.
- Update Spreadsheet of Residents that are out of town.
- Creates and distributes flyers and keeps sign boards updated.
- Informs ALL when our fire alarms are offline and back online (AADCO)
- Organizes and makes sure the receptionist area is clean.
Receptionist Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years of college or equivalent preferred.
- Prior secretarial or administrative experience required.
- Good computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
- Basic clerical skills including typing, faxing, coping, and mailing.
