What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Clinical Social Worker - IRMC Physician Group position at Indiana Healthcare Physician Serv?
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling and psychotherapy in an office setting. Experience with children/adolescents preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this role you will be:
- Assess patients' mental health concerns
- Create treatment plans
- Provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct crisis interventions
- Maintain patient records via Electronic Health Record
- Refer patients to other mental health providers
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- A master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited program
- Active and valid LCSW or LPC license in the state of employment
- At least 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- BLS required or attained within 1 month of hire.
