Indiana Fertility Institute (IFI) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - IVF Coordinator. We seek to fill this role with a nurse who will provide excellent and compassionate clinical patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

HOURS: Days, Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday rotation required.

What You'll Be Doing
- Communicate with patients about medications, treatment plans, and test results.
- Assist in ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and egg donation.
- Perform exams, procedures, occasional phlebotomy, and administer medications.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols and infertility procedures.
- Act as a liaison between the physician and the patient.
- Support retrievals, transfers, and pre/post-operative care.
- Accurately relay lab results and maintain patient records.
- Coordinate case management and schedule treatments.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
- Ensure regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned.
- HS diploma or GED, required.
- Valid state license; board certified RN required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate.
- Prior experience in IVF preferred.
- 2 years surgical experience preferred (pre-op, circulation, PACU)
