Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Field Sales Manager:
- College degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of three years insurance sales, underwriting or agency management experience, including experience with independent agency distribution
- Strong knowledge of Commercial and/or Farm Lines products and underwriting fundamentals
- Proven sales planning and territory management experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems, rating platforms and standard business software tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
