What are the responsibilities and job description for the Process Automation Analyst position at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance?
Primary Responsibilities
- Designs and develops given automation processes.
- Creates necessary documentation related to the automation processes.
- Maintains and supports existing automation processes.
- Communicates and collaborates with business users and the leadership point person for approval prior to deploying the process to production.
- Identifies and recommends automation processes for corporate financial and resource efficiency.
Knowledge and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience designing and developing automated business processes.
- Understanding of business workflows with the ability to translate these skills into technical requirements.
- Ability to learn multiple pieces of software and understands how the software works.
- Ability to analyze and clearly document business process requirements for the automation build including exception handling scenarios.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Software Certification preferred.
