- Agency Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Help track and analyze key business metrics for Agency Owners and internal field management teams
- Help develop Agency Owner scorecard
- Program Support
- Assist with analyzing TA vs AO model
- Help monitor and support marketing benefits package enrollment and utilization
- Content Support
- Assist with training material and video material for Agency Owner University and build out in SharePoint
- Assist with buildout and creation of AOU onboarding
- Assist with AO newsletter and other program communications
- Special Projects
- Gather Agency Owner testimonials to use for Direct to Agency Owner recruiting
- Market/industry/competitor research
- Assist with planning of quarterly gathering for Agency Owners and team members
