Responsibilities:
- Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
- Handles any walk-in customers.
- Collects payments.
- Makes policy changes.
- Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives.
- Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients.
- Ability to commute between offices in Benton County, Jasper County, Lake County, Newton County, Pulaski County, and White County as needed.
- Any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements for Success:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
