We are currently seeking an Event and Fundraising Coordinator to help fulfill our mission.
About The Role
The Event and Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events to raise awareness of donation and transplantation as well as raise funds for Indiana Donor Network Foundation. While the type of events and the audiences for those events vary, the person in this role will directly support events and activations varying from large to small. Responsibilities include:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent of education and experience is preferred. A minimum of 3 ears of previous event management, fundraising, volunteer coordination and event promotion is preferred. Project management and marketing and communications program experience is a plus. Experience using the Classy platform is a plus. Desired knowledge, skills and abilities include:

About The Role
The Event and Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of events to raise awareness of donation and transplantation as well as raise funds for Indiana Donor Network Foundation. While the type of events and the audiences for those events vary, the person in this role will directly support events and activations varying from large to small. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting corporate and foundation special events that are efficient and impactful to raise funds to support key initiatives.
- Assisting with sponsorship and fundraising efforts for Indiana Donor Network Foundation.
- Supporting events for internal clients.
- Participating on projects or committees that enhance or improve the overall success or culture of the organization
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent of education and experience is preferred. A minimum of 3 ears of previous event management, fundraising, volunteer coordination and event promotion is preferred. Project management and marketing and communications program experience is a plus. Experience using the Classy platform is a plus. Desired knowledge, skills and abilities include:
