Building Services Supervisor

Building Services Supervisor-1st shift $57,200/year

Summary:

The Building Service Supervisor oversees all shift personnel. Accountability is to the Building Service Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Schedule shift employees.

·       Supervise and direct shift personnel to include all housekeeping and grounds employees.

·       Supervise contractual labor.

·       Help assist with snow removal.

·       Supervise the handling of all cleaning supplies.

·       Ensure all equipment is stored properly.

·       Keep accurate weekly inventory count.

·       Issue personnel disciplinary procedures.

·       Make recommendations related to hiring, firing or other changes in employee status.

·       Other duties as assigned by Building Service Manager.
