Indiana Cleaning Co. LLC is looking for reliable, hardworking cleaners to join our growing cleaning team in the Indianapolis area.
Cleaning experience is welcome, but experience is not required. We're looking for people who are dependable, detail-oriented, take pride in their work, and can complete cleaning tasks thoroughly and responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial spaces according to the assigned cleaning requirements
- Dust, wipe, vacuum, mop, and clean assigned areas
- Pay close attention to detail and make sure cleaning tasks are completed properly
- Follow cleaning instructions and service standards
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly
- Keep cleaning equipment and work areas organized
- Communicate clearly about job-related questions, concerns, or issues
- Complete assigned cleaning work within the expected timeframe
- Report any damage, unusual conditions, or issues noticed at a customer's property
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working in residential and/or commercial spaces
- Willing to learn and follow cleaning procedures
- Reliable transportation is preferred
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $20–$25/hour
