About the Role:
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing high‑quality architectural cast stone. This fast‑paced position involves operating tools and equipment, following production processes, and helping maintain a clean and efficient workspace. No experience in cast stone is required— we provide full training.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate manufacturing equipment to produce cast stone components.
- Follow the dry‑tamp process to compact material into molds.
- Inspect, clean, and prepare molds between cycles.
- Maintain tools and keep your workstation clean and organized.
- Follow production quotas to meet daily output requirements.
- Complete daily production paperwork accurately.
- Assist with end‑of‑shift cleaning duties.
- Practice safe lifting and follow all safety rules.
- Maintain reliable attendance and a team‑focused attitude.

- Ability to perform fast‑paced physical work.
- Familiarity with hand tools or construction equipment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license required.
