Position Overview
Indiana Advanced Psychiatry is expanding and launching an in-house therapy program as part of our growing outpatient psychiatry practice. We are looking for motivated and compassionate therapists to join our team under the guidance of our Director of Therapy.
This position provides the chance to join a collaborative, rapidly growing practice committed to delivering exceptional and innovative mental health care, including medication management and advanced treatment options.
Position Details
- Location: Telehealth and/or Fort Wayne, IN (Hybrid)
- Compensation: base salary incentive
- Schedule: Flexible, full-time (30 hours/week)
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers within the practice
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed
- Maintain appropriate caseload and productivity expectations
Qualifications
- Licensed in Indiana as one of the following:
- LMSW
- LPC
- LMFT
- Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
