What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Experience Coordinator position at Indian Trail Physical Therapy?
We're a growing private physical therapy clinic in Chattaroy looking for a front desk superstar who genuinely loves talking to people and takes pride in making every patient interaction feel easy and welcoming.
This isn't just a "sit and answer phones" role.
You're the first voice patients hear and the person who sets the tone for their entire experience with us. That matters here , and we treat it that way.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Answering new patient calls and scheduling evaluations
- Walking patients through their options, including our private-pay program, clearly and confidently
- Managing the front desk day-to-day: scheduling, reminders, payment collection, insurance verification.
- Keeping the schedule full and the clinic running smoothly
- Being the connective tissue between patients and providers
What we're looking for:
- A people person, genuinely, not on paper
- Someone comfortable having real conversations about cost and value without flinching
- Organized, reliable, and hard to rattle
- Healthcare or customer-facing experience a plus but not required
- Chattaroy/North Spokane area preferred given our location
Why Riverside:
We're a small, intentional clinic that does things differently. Our providers spend real time with patients. We're growing and building something here — and the right person grows with us.
Part-time to start with potential to grow.
