Women's Locker Room Attendant

Indian Ridge Country Club is one of the premier country club communities in the Coachella Valley. We are an equity club and one of the few completely member-owned, member-operated country clubs in the desert. We have two superb 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Courses; outstanding Tennis, Pickleball, and Bocce facilities, and offer lessons, clinics, and a variety of programs. We have a recently expanded and remodeled state-of-the-art Fitness Center with the latest strength and cardio equipment and an active schedule of classes; a recently expanded and remodeled full-service day Spa; three restaurants with outstanding food; and a never-ending social calendar.

Indian Ridge Country Club is in search of a Women’s Locker Room Attendant for its Health & Fitness Center and Spa dedicated to service excellence to work in a positive upbeat environment at a successful private club. This is a full-time job (including weekends). Hours Are

Summer (June-October): 6am - 1:30pm (35hrs/week).

Season (Nov-May) 6am-2:30pm (40hrs/week).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be on time for a shift and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
• Clean the Locker Room Throughout the day.
• Fill all the product bottles (shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, etc.) daily.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves Health & Center facilities.
• Ensure that each member and/or guest has what they need to enjoy their time in the Health & Fitness Center and Spa.
• Provide detailed descriptions of health & fitness amenities, packages, services, and facilities.
• Actively promote all aspects of the health & fitness/tennis programs.
• Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests; develop professional and personalized relationship with regular members/guests.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy.
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by members/guests, ensuring complete member satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned posts for extended periods of time.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings.
• Assist in all areas of H&F/Tennis operations as requested by management.
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff,members, or guests that require attention.

Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Locker room experience or similar work experience is preferred
• Spa/Fitness/Tennis/Golf Background is a plus.

Language Skills:

• Excellent command of the English language in communicating both verbally and non-verbally.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, members, and their guests.
