Indian Ridge Country Club is looking for a Chef to join our team in Andover, MA.
The Chef is responsible for preparing and directing food services in accordance with Indian Ridge Country Club's menu policies and procedures. This individual will work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment to provide our membership with a fresh dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation and presentation of all food items including entrees and special menu items.
- Assures all food is stored properly.
- Ensures all food preparation areas are kept clean, orderly and sanitary.
- Provides excellent customer service and meeting members special requests while ensuring same high quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
