- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines.
- Support catering events and banquet setups by preparing serving stations and ensuring all necessary items are ready for service.
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations.
- Busing tables during service periods to ensure smooth flow of guests’ dining experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning schedules and food prep tasks in a lively environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with basic kitchen tools, cleaning supplies, and food handling procedures is advantageous.
- Experience working in banquet or catering environments can be beneficial for supporting large events.
- Prior hospitality or hotel experience adds value but is not mandatory—training will be provided!
