What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Technology Director position at Indian Lake Local SD?
Title: Assistant District Technology Coordinator
Reports to: District Technology Coordinator
Contracted Days: 225 work days
Salary and Benefits: Commensurate based on qualifications and experience.
Job Objectives: Uses technical and manual skill to install, configure and maintain technology resources (i.e., hardware, software, networks, etc.). Ability to provide technology coaching to teachers is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent training and relevant work experience in a computer-related field. Knowledge of technology applications and best practices in a K-12 academic environment. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain state-of-the-art technology equipment. Additional vendor certifications may be required as deemed essential at the time of hire. Documents and maintains a record free of criminal violations that prohibit public school employment. Embraces high performance standards (e.g., discipline, engagement, proficiency, resilience, etc.). Ability to provide technology instructional coaching to teachers is preferred.
