Bartender (Part-Time)
Indian Hills Golf Club – Stillwater, MN (On-site)
Indian Hills Golf Club is looking for a friendly, dependable Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a social environment, takes pride in great service, and knows how to keep things running smoothly behind the bar.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide excellent, respectful service to members and guests
- Follow all safe alcohol service guidelines and club policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions
- Work closely with the service team to create a great experience
- Be punctual, reliable, and professional each shift
Schedule
- Part-time
- Flexible scheduling
- Includes weekends, evenings, daytime shifts, and holidays
- We’re looking for someone who can commit to 3–5 shifts per week and maintain a consistent schedule throughout the spring, summer, and fall seasons
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of safe alcohol service practices
- Dependable, respectful, and team-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment when needed
- Golf club experience is a plus
