Golf Course Grounds Crewmember (Landscaping)

Indian Hills Country Club in Marietta (East Cobb) is a private, family owned, member-focused club known for excellent dining, outstanding service, superior amenities, and a welcoming team environment. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Golf Course Grounds Crewmembers to join our Grounds team and help us deliver an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Mows greens, tees, and roughs.

2. Rakes sand bunkers.

3. Operates backpack and walk blowers.

4. Changes pin and tee placements daily.

5. Maintains restrooms, water barrels, and trash containers on course.

6. Operates utility vehicles.

7. Operates various rotary mowers.

8. Assists with special projects as needed.

9. Some Weekend and overtime work may be required.

10. Lifts up to and including 100 pounds unassisted.

Rate is starting-Experience is a plus!

Education, Skills and Abilities:

High School Diploma, preferably with experience in landscaping and groundskeeping, but not necessary. Must have golf experience and knowledge of the game. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Ability to lift at least 100 pounds without assistance. Working knowledge of the general operation of gasoline, diesel and electric powered equipment, the proper methods of servicing golf course equipment, and the repair and adjustment of power mowing equipment. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and being able to work some weekends is required.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
