Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Medical Team. The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive primary care medical services within the scope of licensure, approved IHCRC privileges, and professional ethics standards, augmented by continued training and/or certification, community standards, and experience. Actively pursues quality improvement using GPRA measures, AAAHC recommendations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform utilization reviews to assess the necessity of services provided.
• Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
