Job Overview
Indian Creek Golf Club is a public golf facility dedicated to providing outstanding course conditions and a welcoming experience for golfers of all skill levels. We take pride in maintaining a beautiful, playable course and are looking to add a dependable Groundskeeper to our team.
This is a full time position. Hours are roughly Mon-Thurs 5:30am - 2:30pm, Fri 5:30am-9:30am, and Saturday OR Sunday 5:30am-9:30am.
Responsibilities
- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Bunker maintenance (raking, edging, sand leveling)
- Changing cups and tee markers
- Trimming and edging around trees, cart paths, and landscaping
- Operating maintenance equipment safely (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Assisting with irrigation checks and minor repairs
- General course cleanup and detail work
- Supporting tournament and event course setup as needed
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Comfortable operating or learning to operate landscape equipment
- Golf course or landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Must be available for early morning shifts and one weekend shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass E-Verify
