Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Set tools, offsets, and machine parameters according to specifications
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
- Perform in-process quality checks and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues as they arise
- Maintain machines, tools, and a clean, safe work area
- Follow company safety and quality procedures at all times
- Meet production schedules while maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications
- Experience operating and setting up CNC machines preferred
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- CNC programming experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
