JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: Campus Receptionist
RESPONSIBLE TO: Director/Asst. Director
EDUCATION: High School Diploma, Business and Office training preferred
CERTIFICATION: Not required
SKILLS: Excellent human relations and communications skills, including telephone skills. Basic computer skills including email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, PowerSchool, and related software. Able to perform responsibilities on own initiative with minimal supervision, including planning, executing, and completing assignments in a timely manner while managing multiple priorities.
OTHER: Mature, responsible, discreet
DEPENDABILITY: Punctual, and regular attendance following a designated work schedule. Must be able to work extended hours and additional days/evenings as required by the responsibilities of the position.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL
STANDARDS: Able to read and comprehend varied and extensive written documents, regulations, and reference materials. Able to meet and confer with individuals and groups concerning a variety of subjects, including confidential matters.
Able to operate a four-wheel vehicle in order to travel as required. Requires lifting, handling, and carrying such articles as books, manuals, files and related items.
EMOTIONAL EFFORT: Moderate to extreme. Frequent deadlines requiring concentrated effort and overtime work. Must work on a variety of projects at the same time.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls in an efficient and pleasant manner.
Greet and route visitors with pleasing, relaxed, and composed personality.
Mail requests for information.
Copy requests as time allows
Typing for instructors as time allows.
Assists other staff as time allows.
Assists with tours as needed.
It is expected for employee to be on time each workday as this is essential to the employee's job.
Use school student accounting software as needed/required.
Other jobs/tasks as described and requested by administrator.
BUDGETING AND
PURCHASING: Work within approved budget.
PUBLIC RELATIONS: Promotes a positive community image of Indian Capital Technology Center.
RELATIONSHIP: Advises, consults, coordinates and works cooperatively with clients, students, staff, and administration to meet the needs of the clients of Indian Capital Technology Center.

CLASSIFICATION: Support; Non-Exempt; SA12 Schedule
LENGTH OF
CONTRACT: Twelve (12) month; 40 hours a week
