Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Vaishnava Food Service Worker to join our team.
Shift timings:
Monday 9am to 5pm
Tuesday 6am to 11am
Wednesday 6am to 11am
Thursday 6am to 11am
Sundays : If needed
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. This position involves assisting with No onion No garlic Vegetarian food preparation, serving meals, and ensuring a clean kitchen. A background in hospitality or food service is preferred, but we welcome all applicants who are eager to learn and contribute.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Serve food and or packing to go boxes in efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and serving stations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Support catering events or banquets as required, including setup and breakdown of dining areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Deliver food to assigned locations.
- Assist in any other operations or transportation of food as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- or fine dining settings is advantageous but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
- A valid driving license required.
- Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must be able to pass a drug test as part of the hiring process.
- Food Handler license is essential for the job within 4 weeks of hiring.
