Job Description
India Boutique Inc is seeking a dependable Warehouse Packer to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and fluent in both preferably spanish and english speaker. This role requires occasional travel to trade shows and conventions to assist with setup, packing, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Label, organize, and move boxes safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and trade show preparation
- Follow company packing and shipping procedures
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors
- Travel to trade shows and assist with setup and product displays (travel required)
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- Prior warehouse or packing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Authorized to work in the United States
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts (some overtime may be available)
- Travel days may include weekends or extended hours during trade shows
