Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with strong data entry and QuickBooks experience. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Spanish), detail-oriented, and comfortable providing friendly customer support both in-office and while traveling for trade shows and conventions.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and interacting with clients in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional, courteous manner
- Enter and process customer orders and invoices accurately
- Provide customer support by resolving order issues, returns, and product inquiries
- Maintain organized and accurate customer records and files
- Collaborate with accounting and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and billing
- Represent India Boutique Inc at trade shows and conventions several times per year
- Perform general office clerk and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or data entry
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Professional and reliable with the ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable traveling domestically for trade shows/conventions (company-paid travel)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $18 – $22 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Location: On-site in Hialeah, FL
- Travel: Required several times per year (all expenses covered)
