Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team at our Ontario, CA headquarters. This role plays a key part in supporting both customers and the sales team by ensuring smooth order processing, timely communication, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service throughout each interaction
- Process estimates and sales orders efficiently with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist outside sales representatives with quotes, order entry, and customer service needs
- Identify sales opportunities and relay them to Account Managers or the Sales Manager
- Provide customer service and technical support via Live Chat
- Support the sales team by sourcing products from vendors
- Make outbound calls as needed (e.g., emailed orders, stock issues, split shipments)
- Maintain and update customer account information
- Relay customer comments, complaints, or issues to the Sales Manager
- Attend meetings, trainings, and trade shows as required
- Create new customer accounts in NetSuite
- Update and track projects regularly using Traction Tools
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform basic math functions and calculations
- Strong multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:
The compensation range for this position is $18.27 - $24.52 per hour based on experience and skillset
Your Working Hours:Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
