We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our inside and outside sales teams! This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inside sales operations through workflow coordination and adherence to prioritization standards
- Ensure consistency and quality in proposal preparation and finalization
- Assist outside sales teams with CRM management, order preparation, and documentation
- Provide project management support, including order confirmations and change management activities
- Accurately enter and manage sales orders within the ERP system in a timely manner
- Act as the CRM key user, including maintaining and developing work instructions
- Coordinate incoming orders to ensure complete documentation and efficient cross-functional processing
- Prepare and document opportunity data ahead of technical sales meetings
- Support planning and execution of customer visits to ensure a professional experience
- Engage with customers during visits and events to strengthen relationships
- Assist in coordinating trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Monitor and maintain accuracy of sales forecasts and reporting tools
- Manage and reconcile online inventory data
- Maintain organized digital and physical records in compliance with ISO standards
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
