Design Systems Engineer 

Seeking an experienced Design Systems Engineer to lead system integration and product development for axle, driveline, transfer case, gear reducer, and 4WD/AWD systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead vehicle systems integration, architecture, and interface management.

  • Coordinate CAD packaging, design reviews, and virtual validation.

  • Manage technical risks, DFMEA/DRBFM, and root cause investigations.

  • Drive engineering releases, change management, and prototype readiness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturing, and validation.

  • Support cost reduction, quality improvement, and production launch.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in automotive systems engineering, driveline, axle, or 4WD/AWD systems.

  • Knowledge of vehicle integration, CAD, packaging, and validation.

  • Experience with DFMEA, DRBFM, durability, and engineering change management.

  • Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Challenge design assumptions where necessary to ensure optimal technical outcomes.
• Lead supplier technical reviews and integration discussions.
• Drive accountability, execution, and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Work on special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. Required Technical Expertise Vehicle Systems
