Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Qualified Professional to join our team. As a Qualified Professional, you will manage participants receiving benefits from the IDD waiver service. This position will supervise a team of Direct Care Professionals providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the home and community. The Qualified Professional will partner with Care Coordinators, Families, Guardians and Participants to ensure services are met or exceed key performance indicators and desired client outcomes. This position will report directly to the QP Supervisor. Responsibilities:
-Provide supervision and guidance to Direct Support Workers
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with MCO's and other collaborating agencies
-Ensure that services are provided in a manner consistent with IOI goals
- Complete assessments in a person-centered approach.
-Develop short-term goals that are functional and measurable with methodology based on long-term goals outlined in IOI's strategic plan.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations
- Educate families and participants on available resources and support services
- Stay up-to-date on clinical terminology and best practices in the field
Requirements:
- (minimum) Bachelors degree in the field of Human Services from an accredited college or university with post-graduate experience

Pay: $20.00 - $23.52 per hour
