What are the responsibilities and job description for the ComHab Worker - Direct Care Professional position at Independent Support Services, Inc?
Looking for support staff to assist my older brother with a wide variety of activities. We are looking for someone to come to the house and help him get ready in the morning for a few hours before he goes to his day programs.
He is 36 years old and has Hemiplegia & Cerebral Palsy. History of Seizures but none in the past 26 years. He walks but needs some assistance going down stairs.
We are looking for 15-20 hours a week, and the schedule would look like this with some flexibility:
· Monday: 7am – 10am
· Tuesday: 7am – 10am
· Wednesday: 7am – 10am
· Thursday: 7am – 2pm (bring him to PT/OT)
· Friday: 7am – 10am
We are looking for someone with a passion for helping people with special needs.
He is a very talkative and personable person and would love to meet before hiring.
Hourly Rate is $30 an hour.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
